Cindi Arroyo is passionate about Jesus, health and helping women. Each fitness session is opened with prayer and a reading from a devotional book or Bible study. Cindi gives suggestions on healthy eating and positive life-style changes that are practical and attainable. During each class, Cindi shares modifications to the exercises for those who may be recovering from injuries or are “more mature” members of the class. She is always available to the class members and she “loves on” all of us so well! It is an absolute joy to be in her class! I look forward to attending each week and feel very uplifted after the session. Cindi is a gem!!
