About me ...

 ... Cindi 

As a mother of two and grandmother of two, working since my first baby was three months old, I understand the challenges of losing the baby weight & keeping it off.  All while keeping up with your work and workouts, feeding your family healthy and feeding yourself healthy, and not eating the chicken nuggies because they’re there!! Along with that, nourishing your spiritual life as well as your body. I have been healed from anorexia and also from various injuries throughout my life.  I now have a unique perspective on how to approach training and nutrition for anyone working through these or other challenges. 

NOW in this new stage of my life, I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle in perimenopause and menopause can be equally if not more challenging and frustrating. No matter what stage of life you are in, I am here to walk through this with you side-by-side, step-by-step. For every frustrated scream and every victorious yell, I will be right here for you. Helping you get and stay strong physically and spiritually! I am passionate about learning and teaching new ways to eat and stay healthy, and I can't wait to share my knowledge with you.
